JAH: dft 7/28/92 (015/30) <br /> ORIGINAL 8/3/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11804 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH PENINSULA CENTER STAGE, INC. , <br /> CONCERNING FOX THEATRE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement with Peninsula Center Stage , Inc. , <br /> entitled "Agreement Concerning Fox Theatre" , a copy of which <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
