DES:dj1r 07/06/92 (082/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 3/3/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11802 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF WOODSIDE, CALIFORNIA, FOR <br /> VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Vehicle <br /> Maintenance Services (Town of Woodside) " (form dated 07/06/92R) <br /> by and between the City of Redwood City and the Town of Woodside, <br /> municipal corporations of the State of California, pursuant to <br /> which the City of Redwood City shall provide vehicle maintenance <br /> services to the Town of Woodside for its municipally-owned motor <br /> vehicles , a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> the City Manager, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
