DES : dit 7/23/92 (054/30) <br /> O R I G I N A L 8/3/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11799 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR COST ALLOCATION RELATING TO INSTALLATION <br /> OF COMMUNICATIONS CONDUITS FOR POLICE FACILITY; AND <br /> RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11724 <br /> (TCI CABLEVISION) <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to Resolution No. 11724 , adopted April 13 , <br /> 1992 , this Council approved a proposed agreement by and between <br /> TCI Cablevision of California, Inc. , and the City of Redwood City <br /> for allocating certain costs relating to the installation of <br /> communications conduits for the City' s new police facility; and <br /> WHEREAS , subsequent to approval of the aforesaid agreement <br /> this Council has accepted the bid of the lowest responsible <br /> bidder for said communications conduits project; and <br /> WHEREAS , as a result thereof, the parties desire to revise <br /> the aforesaid cost-allocation agreement in certain particulars; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY as <br /> follows : <br /> 1 . That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Cost <br /> Allocation - Communication Conduits (Redwood City Police <br /> Facility) ," (form dated 7/23/92R) , by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> and TCI Cablevision of California, Inc. , pursuant to which TCI <br /> shall compensate the City for its proportionate share of the <br /> costs of the aforesaid communications conduits project , a copy of <br /> which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof , is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />
