DES :djk 07/06/92 (083/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 7/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11792 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> INVESTMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SACRAMENTO SAVINGS BANK FOR EMPLOYEES' DEFERRED <br /> COMPENSATION PLAN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . That certain agreement entitled "Deferred Compensation <br /> Investment and Administrative Services Agreement" by and between <br /> the City of Redwood City and Sacramento Savings Bank, dated as of <br /> August 1 , 1992 , a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf the the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2 . The agreement approved hereby supersedes any and all <br /> prior agreements with Sacramento Savings Bank and/or its <br /> predecessor (s) in interest for investment and administrative <br /> services relating to a Deferred Compensation Plan for the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
