DES:dtk. 07/06/92 (080/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 7/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11790 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR STREET OVERLAY PROJECT 1992-1993 ; <br /> AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Street Overlay Project <br /> 1992-1993 , Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br /> reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS , this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents and Specifications for Street Overlay Project 1992-93 - <br /> City of Redwood City, California" , prepared by the Department of <br /> Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br />
