DES:d-ik 07/06/92 (081/32) <br /> JES :d 07/15/92R <br /> ORIGINAL 7/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11785 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE WATER <br /> MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT 1991-1992 PHASE III; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Water Main Replacement <br /> Project 1991-1992 Phase III , Redwood City, California, have been <br /> presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for the Water Main Replacement Project 1991-92 Phase <br /> III - City of Redwood City, California" , prepared by the <br /> Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br /> of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br />
