DOCUMENTS . Consultant shall deliver and furnish to <br /> City the documents specified in Exhibit A, Item 1 , under Tasks 2 <br /> and 3 ; provided, however, that said documents shall include one <br /> mylar reproduceable set of plans, specifications and other <br /> related contract documents for construction of the Project. All <br /> documents , plans and drawings , specifications, renderings , and <br /> other papers , or copies thereof, as finally rendered, prepared by <br /> consultant pursuant to the terms of this agreement, shall, upon <br /> preparation, become the property of City. <br /> 9 . PERFORMANCE/DESIGN STANDARDS. The plans and specifi- <br /> cations and related contract documents to be prepared by <br /> Consultant hereunder shall conform to the current requirements <br /> designated as "American Water Works Association Standards" . <br /> Additionally, Consultant' s work product shall conform to City' s <br /> current standards and requirements as set forth in pertinent City <br /> Codes and contract standards manuals . Notwithstanding the <br /> foregoing, in performing services hereunder, Consultant shall <br /> adhere to the standards generally prevailing for the performance <br /> -)f expert consulting engineering services similar to those to be <br /> peLtormed by Consultant hereunder. <br /> 10 . TERMINATION. Either party may terminate this agreement <br /> without cause by giving written notice thereof not less than ten <br /> (10) days prior to the effective date of termination, which date <br /> shall be included in said notice .
