DES:dk 06/16/92 (066/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 6/22/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11767 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR INTERIOR <br /> WATERWAY FLAP GATES REPAIRS; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Interior Waterway Flap <br /> Gates Repairs , Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br /> and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for Interior Waterway - Flap Gates Repairs - City of <br /> Redwood City, California" , prepared by the Department of <br /> Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br />
