DES:dk 06/11/92 (064/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 6/22/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11765 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ASPHALT CONCRETE <br /> MATERIALS, FISCAL YEAR 1992-1993; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for the <br /> purchase of asphalt concrete materials to maintain public streets <br /> in the City of Redwood City, have been presented to, and reviewed <br /> by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> the purchase of said asphalt concrete materials; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> entitled "Contract Documents and Specifications for Water & <br /> Street Divisions' Selected Materials 1992-93 - Asphalt Concrete - <br /> July 1 , 1992-June 30 , 1993 - City of Redwood City, California" , <br /> prepared by the Director of General Services, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids as called for in the abovementioned <br /> specifications. <br />
