DES:d4k 06/11/92 (065/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L ?@ @?(@ <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11764 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF SELECTED MATERIALS - <br /> SAND, AGGREGATE AND FINES , FISCAL YEAR 1992-1993; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents and specifications for the <br /> purchase of selected materials - sand, aggregate and fines for <br /> public work in the City of Redwood City, have been presented to, <br /> and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> the purchase of said selected materials - sand, aggregate and <br /> fines; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents and specifications <br /> entitled "Contract Documents and Specifications for Water & <br /> Street Divisions ' Selected Materials 1992-93 - Sand, Aggregate <br /> and Fines - July 1 , 1992-June 30 , 1993 - City of Redwood City, <br /> California" , prepared by the Director of General Services, a copy <br /> of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids as called for in the abovementioned <br /> specifications. <br />
