DES:d'k 05/26/92 (051/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 6/8/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 11758 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVISION NO. 1 TO PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 014 UNDER <br /> MASTER AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL-AID FOR URBAN <br /> TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM PROJECTS FOR FUNDING BRIDGE <br /> REPAIRS <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City entered into a Master <br /> Agreement for Federal-Aid Program on November 3 , 1977 pursuant to <br /> the Federal-Aid For Urban System Projects with the State of <br /> California; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2 of <br /> Article II of the aforementioned agreement, this Council seeks <br /> funding for transportation system repairs, consisting of seismic <br /> retro-fitting of the Bridge Parkway bridge in the City of Redwood <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Revision No. 1 to Program Supplement No. 014 to the <br /> aforementioned agreement providing for the aforesaid funding has <br /> been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Revision No. 1 to Program Supplement No. 014 to the <br /> Master Agreement for Federal-Aid Program entered into by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City and the State of California, <br /> Department of Transportation, on November 3 , 1977 , in the form of <br /> Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br /> City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />
