This Council hereby declares its intention to levy and <br /> collect assessments within the Area for fiscal year July 1 , 1992 <br /> - June 30 , 1993 as more particularly described in the Report and <br /> as set forth in Exhibit "B" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3 . A general description of the proposed improvements and <br /> activities authorized by the above-referenced Ordinance No. 2036 <br /> is attached hereto , marked Exhibit "C" , and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein; provided, that no substantial changes are <br /> proposed to be made to said improvements and activities as set <br /> forth in the Report. <br /> Reference is hereby made to the Report on file with the City <br /> Clerk for a full and detailed description of the improvements and <br /> activities to be provided for fiscal year July 1 , 1992 - June 30 , <br /> 1993 , the boundaries of the Area and any benefit zones within the <br /> area, and the proposed assessments to be levied upon the <br /> businesses as within the Area for said fiscal year. <br /> 4 . Public hearing is hereby set on the question of the <br /> levy of the proposed assessments within the Area for said fiscal <br /> year July 1 , 1992 - June 30 , 1993 , as follows : <br /> Date: Monday, June 8 , 1992 <br /> Time: 7 : 30 o' clock, p.m. or soon thereafter <br /> as the matter may be heard <br /> Place: Board of Supervisors Chambers <br /> Hall of Justice and Records <br /> 401 Marshall Street <br /> Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> 5 .
