That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> Gardenia Park I Subdivision" , (form dated 05/08/92) , a copy of <br /> which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> 4 . All offers of dedication of public streets and <br /> easements shown upon the herein described map are hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> 5 . Resolution No. 11340 entitled, "Resolution Approving <br /> and Accepting Final Map of Gardenia Park Subdivision, Redwood <br /> City, California, Subject to Certain Conditions; Approving and <br /> Adopting Plans and Specifications for Improvements Thereof; <br /> Accepting an Offer to Dedicate Easements; and Approving and <br /> Authorizing Execution of Agreement for the Construction of the <br /> Improvements for Said Subdivision" , adopted July 9 , 1990 , is <br /> hereby rescinded. <br /> 4 11750 <br />
