DES:djk 04/29/92 (039/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 5/11/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11745 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br /> RELATING TO A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE RENOVATION OF <br /> CITY' S CITY HALL AND FORMER MAIN LIBRARY BUILDING <br /> (DES ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Consulting <br /> Architectural Services" (form dated 04/29/92) by and between the <br /> City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California and DES Architects & Engineers of Redwood City, <br /> California, for the preparation of a feasibility study for the <br /> renovation of City' s City Hall and the former main library <br /> building, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br /> full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf of the City of Redwood City <br />
