DES:d'o- 04/29/92 (040/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 5/4/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11739 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE AT 900 VETERANS BOULEVARD FOR USE <br /> BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> (BAY AREA BANK BUILDING - EUREKABANK, LESSOR) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain lease agreement entitled "Office Building <br /> Lease" , by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California and EurekaBank of Redwood <br /> City, California, for office space to be utilized by the <br /> Department of Human Resources, a copy of which lease agreement is <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said lease agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> of Redwood City <br />
