DES:djk 04/16/92 (038/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 4/27/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11736 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT A-2 OF <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11282 , AS AMENDED, ESTABLISHING THE <br /> SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS <br /> REPRESENTED BY THE REDWOOD CITY MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES <br /> ASSOCIATION, BY ADDING THE POSITION OF COLLECTION <br /> MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Section 1 of Resolution No. 11282 entitled, "Resolution <br /> Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Employee Classifications <br /> Represented by the Redwood City Management Employees <br /> Association" , adopted May 7 , 1990 , as amended, is hereby further <br /> amended by adding to the list of employment classifications set <br /> out therein the position of Collection Management Supervisor. <br /> 2 . Exhibit A-2 to the aforesaid Resolution No. 11282 , as <br /> amended, by Resolution No. 11624 , adopted October 21 , 1991 , is <br /> hereby further amended by adding thereto the salary schedule for <br /> the position of Collection Management Supervisor as set forth in <br /> Exhibit "A-lc" , attached hereto, and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. <br /> 3 . This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption. <br />
