The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> located in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Lot 15 in Block 509 and adjoining portion of Wilmington <br /> Way, as said lot, block and way are shown on said map <br /> entitled "HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION FIVE" , <br /> which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of <br /> the County San Mateo, State of California , on January <br /> 10 , 1927 , in Book 15 of Maps at pages 15 , 16 , 17 and 18 . <br /> (A.P.N. 068-213-090) <br /> 4 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto respectively, that <br /> certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 16 to <br /> Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of <br /> Sanitary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> Maintenance District" in the form of Exhibit "I" hereof, attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 5 .
