DES:d 04/06/92 (023/47) <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and <br /> more particularly described as follows: <br /> All that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lot 15 in Block 509 and adjoining portion of Wilmington <br /> Way, as said lot, block and way are shown on said map <br /> entitled "HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION FIVE" , <br /> which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of <br /> the County San Mateo, State of California, on January <br /> 10 , 1927 , in Book 15 of Maps at pages 15 , 16 , 17 and 18 . <br /> (A.P.N. 068-213-090) <br /> 2 . The parties hereto confirm and agree that treatment <br /> capacity for sewage emanating from the Annexing Territory shall <br /> be furnished pursuant to sanitary sewerage treatment capacity <br /> rights allocated to the City of Redwood City by the South. Bayside <br /> System Authority, owner of the treatment facilities serving the <br /> City of Redwood City and the area within which the Annexing <br /> Territory is located, and shall not he furnished pursuant to the <br /> Capacity Agreement. <br /> 3 . The County of San Mateo hereby agrees to collect all <br /> applicable sewer connection fees and charges of the City of <br /> Redwood City from the owner (s) of the Annexing Territory as a <br /> condition to the issuance of said County' s permits , approvals or <br /> other entitlements pertaining to said Territory, and thereupon to <br /> remit said fees and charges to the City. <br /> 3 11734 <br /> ...._... ......... <br />
