DES:ma1 04/06/92 (044/30) <br /> DES:m 04/09/92R <br /> ORIGINAL 4/13/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 11724 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR COST ALLOCATION RELATING TO INSTALLATION <br /> OF COMMUNICATION CONDUITS FOR POLICE FACILITY <br /> (TCI CABLEVISION OF CALIFORNIA) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct and <br /> install certain communication conduits pursuant to those certain <br /> plans and specifications entitled, "Communications Conduits for <br /> the Proposed Police Facility" (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the Project mutually benefits the City and TCI <br /> Cablevision of California ("TCI") in certain respects; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed a proposed agreement <br /> between the City and TCI pursuant to which TCI shall pay City for <br /> its proportionate share of the costs of construction of the <br /> Project, based upon benefit conferred thereby to TCI; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY as <br /> follows : <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Cost <br /> Allocation - Communication Conduits (Redwood City Police <br /> Facility) " (form dated 04/09/92R) , by and between the City of <br /> Redwood. City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> and TCI Cablevision of California, a California corporation, <br /> pursuant to which TCI shall compensate City for its proportionate <br /> share of the costs of the Project based upon benefits thereby <br /> conferred upon TCI , a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br />
