THE <br /> WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT 1991-1992 PHASE II, <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Water Main Replacement <br /> Project 1991-1992 Phase II , have been presented to, and reviewed <br /> by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS , this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for the Water Main Replacement Project 1991-92 Phase II <br /> - City of Redwood City, California" , prepared by the Department <br /> of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br />
