DES:dj1' 03/31/92 (033/32) <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . That certain amendment to the TSM Agreement entitled <br /> "Second Amendment to Joint Powers Agreement Adding Paragraph 16 <br /> to the Agreement" , dated October 1 , 1990 , the purpose of which <br /> Paragraph 16 is to authorize the Authority, by contract, to <br /> administer a Transportation System Management Program for the <br /> County cf San Mateo, a copy of which Second Amendment is on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said Second <br /> Amendment for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> transmit certified copies of this resolution to the Intercity <br /> Transportation System Management Authority and to the cities of <br /> Belmont, Foster City, San Carlos , San Mateo and Burlingame, and <br /> to coordinate, through the Administrator, Intercity <br /> Transportation System Management Authority, the execution of six <br /> original counterparts of the amendment approved hereby for <br /> inclusion with the original counterparts of the TSM Agreement <br /> executed by each of the parties thereto. <br /> * * <br /> 2 11720 <br />
