DES :d-ik 03/10/92 (022/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 3/23/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11712 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> MUNICIPAL SERVICE CENTER FUEL SYSTEMS REPLACEMENT <br /> PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Municipal Service Center <br /> Fuel Systems Replacement Project have been presented to, and <br /> reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for the Municipal Service Center Fuel Systems <br /> Replacement, City of Redwood City, California" , prepared by the <br /> Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br /> of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br />
