DES:dik. 02/26/92 (017/32) <br /> ORIGINAL 3/09/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11702 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> CITY CENTER PARKING STRUCTURE PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING <br /> AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the City Center Parking <br /> Structure Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented <br /> to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br /> Documents for the City Center Parking Structure, City of Redwood <br /> City, California" , prepared by the Department of Community <br /> Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br />
