DES:djk 01/20/92 (009/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 1/27/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11693 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE 1992 WATER QUALITY <br /> MONITORING PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY <br /> DEPOSITS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11651, adopted December <br /> 2 , 1991 , the City Clerk advertised for bids for the 1992 Water <br /> Quality Monitoring Program; and <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to said advertisement, two bids were <br /> received; and <br /> WHEREAS, Scientific Environmental Lab. , Inc. , Palo Alto, <br /> California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the <br /> intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of said <br /> bidder; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . The bid of Scientific Environmental Lab. , Inc. , in the <br /> estimated total amount of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred <br /> Ninety-two and No/100 Dollars ($12 , 392 . 00) , computed in <br /> accordance with said bidder' s proposal dated December 27 , 1991 , <br /> for the 1992 Water Quality Monitoring Program is hereby accepted, <br /> and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br /> responsible bidder for said work. <br /> 2 .
