DES:djk 01/15/92 (008/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 1/27/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11692 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR MAINTENANCE OF WATER, <br /> STORMWATER AND SEWER TELEMETRY SYSTEMS; AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING <br /> RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 11650 , adopted December <br /> 2, 1991 , the City Clerk advertised for bids for the performance <br /> of Maintenance of Water, Stormwater and Sewer Telemetry Systems <br /> for the period January 1 , 1992 - June 30 , 1992; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, three bids were <br /> received; and <br /> WHEREAS, Control Manufacturing Co. , Inc. , Napa, California, <br /> is the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and <br /> desire of this Council to accept the bid of said bidder; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . The bid of Control Manufacturing Co. , Inc. , in the <br /> estimated total amount of Nine Thousand Seventy-five and No/100 <br /> Dollars ($9 , 075 . 00) , computed in accordance with said bidder' s <br /> proposal dated January 3 , 1992 , for the contract for Maintenance <br /> of Water, Stormwater and Sewer Telemetry Systems is hereby <br /> accepted, and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br /> 2 .
