FLYNN AND ANNA M. FLYNN FOR HISTORIC PROPERTY <br /> PRESERVATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> Daniel R. Flynn and Anna M. Flynn, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Historic Property Preservation" (form dated 1/15/92R) providing <br /> for the historic preservation of property located at 226 <br /> Edgewood, Redwood City, California, a copy of which agreement is <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute said agreement, and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br />
