DAL:dft 1 /15/92R (033/29) <br /> .0/92R <br /> O R I G I N A L 1/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11689 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND MARK <br /> WEIR FOR HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and <br /> Mark Weir, entitled "Agreement for Historic Property <br /> Preservation" (form dated 1/15/92R) providing for the historic <br /> preservation of property located at 423 Beech Street, Redwood <br /> City, California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute said agreement, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
