(7/15/91) <br /> O R I G I N A L 1/20/92 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11688 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH YOUTH AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE <br /> (YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICES PROGRAM) <br /> WHEREAS, Youth & Family Assistance (Youth & Family Services <br /> Program) has been established for the principal purpose of diverting <br /> youth from the Juvenile Justice system and to provide a delinquency <br /> prevention capability for families and agencies; and <br /> WHEREAS, Youth & Family Assistance (Youth & Family Services <br /> Program) has requested financial assistance for use by it in <br /> conducting its activities during the fiscal year commencing <br /> July 1,1991 and ending June 30, 1992; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br /> desires to pay Youth & Family Assistance (Youth & Family Services <br /> Program) and Fair Oaks the sum of THIRTY-THOUSAND, FIVE-HUNDRED AND <br /> NO/100 DOLLARS ($30,500.00) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> agreement between the City of Redwood City and Youth & Family Assistance <br /> (Youth & Family Services Program) and it is the intention and desire of <br /> this Council to approve the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br />
