(7/15/91) <br /> O R I G I N A L 1/20/92 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11682 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH THE SALVATION ARMY, REDWOOD CITY CORPS <br /> WHEREAS, The Salvation Army, Redwood City Corps, has been <br /> established for the principal purpose of providing emergency assistance <br /> to residents of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, The Salvation Army, a California non-profit corporation, <br /> has requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1991 and ending <br /> June 30, 1992; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and <br /> desires to pay to The Salvation Army, a California non-profit <br /> corporation the sum of SIXTEEN-THOUSAND, TWO-HUNDRED AND NO/100 <br /> DOLLARS ($16,200.00) and; <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> agreement between the City of Redwood and The Salvation Army, and <br /> it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br />
