O R I G I N A L 1/20/92 <br /> (7/15/91) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11675 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF • <br /> AGREEMENT WITH CENTER FOR INDEPENDENCE OF THE DISABLED, INC. <br /> WHEREAS, Center for the Independence of the Disabled, Inc. , has been <br /> established for the principal purpose of providing support services for <br /> the disabled geared to assist in their independence; and <br /> WHEREAS, Center for Independence of the Disabled, Inc. , has <br /> requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br /> activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1991 and ending <br /> June 30, 1992; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and <br /> desires to pay to Center for Independence of the Disabled, Inc. , the <br /> sum of EIGHT-THOUSAND, ONE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS <br /> ($8, 150.00) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> agreement between the City of Redwood City and Center for Independence <br /> of the Disabled, Inc. , and it is the intention and desire of this <br /> Council to approve the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br />
