Those certain plans entitled "Improvements for Parcel <br /> Map No. 91-3" , and those certain specifications entitled <br /> "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City" , adopted <br /> December, 1991 , which plans and specifications are on file in the <br /> office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> the plans and specifications according to which the <br /> abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> 3 . That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> of Parcel Map No. 91-3 " , (form dated 12/16/91) , a copy of which <br /> is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference <br /> is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> 4 <br />
