<br />JAH:dft 1?105/90 (025a/29) <br /> <br />o RIG I N A L 12/10/90 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />11454 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY FOR <br />THE OPERATION OF AN EMERGENCY SHELTER, KNOWN AS THE <br />FAMILY LIVING CENTER IN REDWOOD CITY, AND RESCINDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11395 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement (form dated 12/06/90), by and between <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, <br /> <br />and Shelter Network of San Mateo County, regarding the operation <br /> <br />of an emergency shelter, known as the Family Living Center, in <br /> <br />Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 11395 approving an earlier version of said <br /> <br />agrement is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
