<br />DES:djk 1\/30/90 <br /> <br />(#041/28) <br /> <br />water purchasers have not adopted a resolution of like tenor by <br /> <br />December 31, 1990 as provided above, then this resolution shall <br /> <br /> <br />be of no further force or effect and the provisions of Section <br /> <br /> <br />7.02(b) of the Master Agreement shall apply to water used during <br /> <br />fiscal years 1989-1990 and 1990-1991 in accordance with the terms <br /> <br /> <br />of the Master Agreement. <br /> <br />4. If the 25 other purchasers of water similarly situated <br /> <br />adopt resolutions suspending the operation of Section 7.02(b) of <br /> <br /> <br />the Master Agreement as to water used during fiscal year <br /> <br /> <br />1990-1991, but all 25 do not adopt resolutions suspending the <br /> <br /> <br />operation of Section 7.02(b) as to water used during fiscal year <br /> <br /> <br />1989-1990 as well, within the time period set forth in Section 3 <br /> <br /> <br />above, this resolution shall be effective to suspend operation of <br /> <br />Section 7.02(b) of the Master Agreement as to water used during <br /> <br />fiscal year 1990-1991 only. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />4 <br />
