<br />DES:djk "/06/90 (022/44) <br /> <br />EXHIBIT llAll <br /> <br />ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT entered into this ____ day of <br />1990 by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City") and STEVEN V. <br />LORENZO and TOM J. and LESLIE DALEY and A. CLARK PLEHIERS <br />(collectively, "Owners"); <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br />WHEREAS, Owners Owns all that certain real property situate <br />in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and <br />by this reference incorporated herein (the "Property); and <br />WHEREAS, the Property is located within City's Sphere of <br />Influence as determined by the San Mateo County Local Agency <br />Formation Commission pursuant to Government Code Section 54774; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. adopted <br /> <br /> <br />, 1990 by the Council of Redwood City consent was granted to <br /> <br />annexation of the Property to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance <br /> <br /> <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a condition to said consent to annexation to <br /> <br /> <br />said District, Owners were required to evidence consent to <br /> <br />annexation to City and waiver of protest to such annexation in <br /> <br /> <br />the event the Property were to be proposed for annexation to <br /> <br />City; and <br />
