The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> <br />located in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 13 in Block 202 as shown on that certain map <br />enti tIed "HIGHLANDS OF THE EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION <br />TWO", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San <br />Mateo County, State of California on October 18, 1926, <br />in Book 14 of Maps at Pages 37 and 38. <br /> <br />(A.P.N. 057-233-090) <br /> <br />4. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto respectively, that <br /> <br />certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 14 to <br /> <br />Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of <br /> <br />Sani tary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District" in the form of Exhibit "I" hereof, attached <br /> <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />5.
