I) passed and adopted on August 9, 1983; Thence from said Point of Beginning, continuing along said district boundaries, northwesterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot, 55 feet to the northerly corner thereof; Thence crossing Woodland Way, as shown on said map, 51 feet to the easterly corner of Lot 8, Block 201 and a point in the northerly line of Woodland Way; Thence southwesterly along said northerly line and the northerly line of Lakeview Way and continuing on said district boundaries 273 feet more or less to the easterly corner of Lot 1, Block 305; Thence southerly crossing Lakeview Way, 50 feet more or less to the northwesterly corner of Lot 12, Block 304, and a point in the southerly line of Lakeview Way, said point also being an angle point in said district boundary as established by Resolution No. 48935 passed and adopted on March 3, 1987; Thence easterly along said southerly line and district boundary 59.42 feet more or less to the northeasterly corner of said Lot 12 and an angle point in said district boundaries; Thence leaving said district boundaries and continuing along the southerly line of Lakeview Way, 220 feet more.or less to the intersection thereof with the southwesterly prolongation of the southeasterly line of saLd Lot 13; Thence northeasterly along said prolongation and southeasterly line, 179 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning.
