V l: a I ;:J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING ACCESS RESTRICTION OVER A PORTION <br />OF A PUBLIC STREET (TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE) IN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br />STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at <br /> <br />Section 8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of <br /> <br />the State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />by its Resolution No. 11403 , adopted October 8 <br /> <br />, 1990, declared <br /> <br />its intention to vacate the hereinafter described access <br /> <br />restriction over a portion of a public street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8322 <br /> <br />and 8323, respectively, intention to vacate the described access <br /> <br />restriction has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken <br /> <br />on the question of vacating said access restriction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described access restriction is no longer needed to <br /> <br />restrict access to a portion of Twin Dolphin Drive, a public <br /> <br />street in the City of Redwood City, and hereby orders said <br /> <br />restriction vacated. <br /> <br />2. The access restriction over a portion of Twin Dolphin <br /> <br />Drive hereby vacated was established by and designated on that <br /> <br />certain map entitled "Parcel Map No. 85-8" as recorded in Volume <br /> <br />56 of Maps, Page 15, Records of San Mateo County, California, is <br />
