<br />DES:djk 10/09/90 (029/28) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />OCT 1 5 1990 <br />N o. 11434 <br /> <br />-, <br /> <br />.ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP 90-5 <br />(2310 EL CAMINO REAL), REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREFOR; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID PARCEL <br />MAP <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain parcel map designated Parcel Map 90-5 <br /> <br />(2310 El Camino Real) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> <br />MacLeod & Associates, Civil Engineer, for the owner of record of <br /> <br />said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br /> <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Construction of Improvements (Parcel Map 90-5)" (form dated <br /> <br />10/09/90) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br /> <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br /> <br />required of Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />
