<br />R I ~ Q 1 ~ I 1 Q H. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH <br /> <br />T()CT 1 5 1990 <br />11429 OR1GINl\L <br /> <br />SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY FOR <br />TURNING POINT TRANSITIONAL HOUSING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Shelter Network of San Mateo County desires to conduct a <br />transitional housing program for homeless individuals in the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, Shelter Network of San Mateo County has requested fi nanc i a 1 <br />assistance in order to conduct such a program for residents of the City during <br />the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1990, and ending June 30, 1991; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires <br />to allocate to Shelter Network of San Mateo County the sum of Five Thousand and <br />No/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) from its Community Development Block Grant funds; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and Shelter Network of San Mateo <br />County and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve the same; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement (form dated 10/10/90), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and Shelter Network of San Mateo County, a copy of which agreement <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
