<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 <br /> <br />OCT 1 5 1990 <br />(7/15/90) <br />N N 0.11410 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH CENTER FOR INDEPENDENCE OF THE DISABLED, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Center for the Independence of the Disabled, Inc., has been <br /> <br />established for the principal purpose of providing support services for <br /> <br />the disabled geared to assist in their independence; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Center for Independence of the Disabled, Inc., has <br /> <br />requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its <br />activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1990 and ending <br />June 30, 1991; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said requests and <br />desires to pay to Center for Independence of the Disabled, Inc., the <br /> <br />sum of EIGHT-THOUSAND, ONE-HUNDRED AND FIFTY AND NO/lOa DOLLARS <br />($8,150.00); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and Center for Independence <br /> <br />of the Disabled, Inc., and it is the intention and desire of this <br /> <br />Council to approve the same; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />
