<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />DES:djk 10/11/90 (030/28) <br />OCT 1 5 1990 OHIGINf;L <br />N 0.11 407 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ROUGH GRADING AND SURFACE <br />IMPROVEMENTS AT THE POLICE FACILITY SITE; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for the Rough Grading and <br /> <br />Surface Improvements at the Police Facility Site; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for Rough Grading & Surface Improvements - <br /> <br />Police Facility Site <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, California", <br /> <br />prepared by the City's Engineering Division, Department of <br /> <br />Community Development and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
