I 1403 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE ACCESS RESTRICTION <br />OVER A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET (TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE) <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND <br />HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA; SETTING TIME <br />AND PLACE FOR HEARING OF ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR <br />OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION; AND ORDERING <br />POSTING OF NOTICE OF SUCH PROPOSED VACATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an access restriction over a portion of a public <br /> <br />street (Twin Dolphin Drive) in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />heretofore relinquished and dedicated to the City over said <br /> <br />public street, is no longer needed to restrict access to said <br /> <br />street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City intends to <br /> <br />vacate said access restriction pursuant to the provisions of Part <br /> <br />3 of Division 9 (commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby declares -its intention to vacate a <br /> <br />an access restriction over a portion of Twin Dolphin Drive as <br /> <br />such restriction is hereinafter described, and elects to proceed <br /> <br />for that purpose pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division <br /> <br />9 (commencing with Section 8300) of the Streets and Highways <br /> <br />Code. <br /> <br />2. The access restriction over a portion of Twin Dolphin <br /> <br />Drive to be vacated was established by and designated on that <br />
