0RIG'_INAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13966 <br />8/14/00 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF RWC TECHNOLOGY <br />STATION SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AUTHORIZING ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; ACCEPTING OFFER TO <br />DEDICATE EASEMENT AND RIGHT -OF -WAY AND ORDERING VACATION OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 66499.20 -1/2 OF THE <br />CALIFORNIA SUBDIVISION MAP ACT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain final subdivision map (including dedication of easements described <br />therein and vacation of a portion of a public service easement) entitled, "RWC Technology <br />Station Subdivision ", prepared by Kier and Wright, and the Improvement Plans prepared by Kier <br />and Wright, Consulting Civil Engineers and consultants for RWC Technology Station, LLC, a <br />California limited liability, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br />City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ( "City") for <br />recordation, the owner or subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of RWC <br />Technology Station Subdivision ", (form dated 07/25/00) wherein Owner, in <br />consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br />complete in the time specified in said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner <br />under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the <br />Reso-955 <br />VsWsWRC /Council <br />DES:djk <br />07/25/00 <br />13966 <br />
