<br />"For each billboard type sign, including <br />service, and also each cathode lighting .. $ 4.00 <br /> <br />"For each sign circuit outlet ............. $ <br /> <br />.25 <br /> <br />"For each extra inspection made necessary <br />by defective workmanship or materials .... $10.00 <br /> <br />"For the inspection of any electrical <br />equipment for which no fee is herein <br />prescribed there shall be charged a fee <br /> <br />per hour of .............................. $20.00" <br /> <br />SECTION 4. <br /> <br />If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br /> <br />phrase or portion of this ordinance, or the Code adopted by refer- <br /> <br />ence in this ordinance, or any amendment thereof, is for any reason <br /> <br />held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent <br /> <br />jurisdiction, such portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct <br /> <br />and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the <br /> <br />validity of the remaining portions thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. <br /> <br />All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br /> <br />with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption; provided, however, that any building or structure <br /> <br />lawfully commenced by the completion of its foundation structure <br /> <br />may be completed in accordance with the applicable provisions of <br /> <br />the Redwood City Code amended by this ordinance provided that <br /> <br />such construction is in strict compliance with such provisions. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-6- <br />
