<br />CGM; jp d1/8/77 <br /> <br />0 R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />N o. 1 726 <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 2.41.10 TO THE CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, ESTABLISHING THE <br />"SIDNEY D. HERKNER ~1EMORIAL TRUST FUND" <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />Section 2.41.10 is hereby added to the <br /> <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.41.10. <br /> <br />A special fund des- <br /> <br />ignated 'Sidney D. Herkner Memorial Trust Fund' <br /> <br />is hereby established. <br /> <br />All moneys received by <br /> <br />the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City from contributions by <br /> <br />the public for the purposes for which a bequest <br /> <br />has been made to the City from the will of <br /> <br />Sidney D.
