<br /> <br />,.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Park & Recreation Commission <br />Minutes of April 25, 2001 <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />ITEM 7 - CREATE CIVIC ENGAGEMENT (CCE) <br /> <br />Chairperson Joseph stated that the Civic Cultural Commission sponsors an <br />annual art contest and she would like the Park and Recreation Commission to <br />have something like a "Day in the Park" or "Can Sculpture", She suggested <br />the Commissioners bring their ideas to "touch the pulse of student families" <br />to the May meeting. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />-Chairperson Joseph announced she has a video from "Bay Area Backroads" <br />program which featured Redwood City and offered to share it with the <br />Commissioners. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission was adjourned <br />at 9:40pm to be reconvened at 7:30pm on Wednesday, May 23, 2001 to be <br />held at the Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood <br />City, California. <br />
