<br />8 <br />MSR:yc:8/18/77 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />0 R DIN AN C E <br /> <br />~9-.l1L9. <br /> <br />SEP 1 2 1977 <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $23,230 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF WATER FUND TO APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL <br />EXPENDITURES, WATER PUMPING, WATER SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION <br />PROGRAM, ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT AND PROTECTION <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Two Hundred <br /> <br />Thirty and No/IOO Dollars ($23,230.00) is hereby appropriated from <br /> <br />the unappropriated balance of the Water Fund to the appropriation <br /> <br />for Capital Expenditures, Water Pumping, Water Supply and Distri- <br /> <br />bution Program, Environmental Support and Protection. <br /> <br />Said sum <br /> <br />shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1977 - <br /> <br />June 30, 1978, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1977 - June 30,1978. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 71 9 <br />
