<br />"(f) <br /> <br />Whether any sound amplification equipment is <br />proposed to be used, and if so, information <br />describing such sound amplification equipment; <br /> <br />"(g) <br /> <br />A drawing, photograph or other detailed depiction <br />or representation of any item intended to be <br />displayed. <br /> <br />" (h) <br /> <br />Such other information as the city manager deems <br />reasonably necessary in order to carry out his <br />duties under this article. <br /> <br />Time of Filing. <br /> <br />The application shall be <br /> <br />"Section 33A.19. <br /> <br />filed not less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the <br /> <br />commencement of the proposed activity. <br /> <br />Failure to file within <br /> <br />such period is sufficient grounds for denial of a permit. <br /> <br />Locations Permitted. <br /> <br />Encroachments, <br /> <br />"Section 33A.20. <br /> <br />excepting those intended for the purpose of conducting a side- <br /> <br />walk cafe or a special activity shall be solely limited to those <br /> <br />mall locations that have been approved by the city manager. <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />map of such approved locations shall be made available to all <br /> <br />applicants. <br /> <br />Special Activities. <br /> <br />When an application <br /> <br />"Section 33A.21. <br /> <br />is submitted for an encroachment permit to conduct an activity <br /> <br />which, due to its proposed size or nature, cannot reasonably be <br /> <br />conducted or maintained within a single location, the applicant <br /> <br />shall designate proposed locations on a map submitted as part of <br /> <br />the application, indicating distances from curbs, crosswalks, <br /> <br />driveways, building entrances, and fire hydrants, which proposed <br /> <br />locations shall be subject to the approval of the city manager. <br /> <br />All such encroachments shall meet all the following minimum location <br /> <br />requirements: <br /> <br />"(a) <br /> <br />There shall at all times remain open for the <br />passage of pedestrians a space of not less than <br />five feet in width. <br /> <br />"(b) <br /> <br />Equipment and displays associated with approved <br />activities shall not be permitted: <br /> <br />"(I) <br /> <br />Within three feet of the curb when <br />adjacent to a traffic lane, except for <br />the 2600 block of Broadway; <br /> <br />-3- <br />
