<br />Approving Application for Planned Development Permit <br />Relating to Real Property in the Vicinity of Cordilleras <br />Road Between Upland Road and Canyon Road in the City of <br />Redwood City," adopted May 24, 1976, by this Council, <br />and amended. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />This Council does hereby approve the annexation <br /> <br />to the City of Redwood City of all the territory described in that <br /> <br />certain proposed annexation entitled "Cordilleras Road Annexation - <br /> <br />1977," and hereinafter described, and said territory shall be and <br /> <br />is hereby annexed to the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The aforementioned <br /> <br />territory is all that territory situate in the County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly line of <br />the 60 foot right of way of the City and County of <br />San Francisco as described in Volume 53, Official Records <br />of San Mateo County, at page 179, with the northwesterly <br />line of that subdivision entitled "Resubdivision of Lots 1, <br />2, 3, and 4, Block 27 of Oak Knoll Manor" filed in Book 10 <br />of Subdivision Maps at page 25, San Mateo County Records, <br />said intersection being an angle point in the Corporate <br />Limits of Redwood City as established by Ordinance No. 963 <br />of the City of Redwood City, dated March 14, 1960; THENCE <br />from said Point of Beginning along said southerly line <br />and said Corporate Limits Line North 80° 12' 20" West <br />579.67 feet to a point in the easterly line of Cordilleras <br />Road, 40 feet in width, as shown on that map entitled <br />"Map of Johnson Subdivision" filed in Volume 7 of <br />Subdivision Maps at page 2; THENCE along said easterly <br />line and continuing along said Corporate Limits Line <br />(Ord. No. 963) North 9° 54' 30" East 80.00 feet to the <br />intersection thereof with the Corporate Limits of <br />Redwood City as established by Resolution No. 5125 of <br />the City of Redwood City, dated August 22, 1966; THENCE <br />along said Corporate Limits (Res. No. 5125) North <br />80° 05' 30" West 47.00 feet to a point in a line drawn <br />parallel with and 7.00 feet westerly, measured at right <br />angles, from the westerly line of said Cordilleras Road; <br />THENCE along said parallel line South 9° 54' 30" West <br />20.00 feet to a point in the northerly line of said <br />60 foot City and County of San Francisco Right of Way; <br />THENCE along said right of way South 80° 12' 20" East <br />7.00 feet to the westerly line of said Cordilleras Road <br />(40 feet wide) as shown on said "Johnson Subdivision"; <br />THENCE along said westerly line South 9° 54' 30" West <br />229.63 feet and South 26° 54' 30" West 30.12 feet; <br />THENCE crossing said Cordilleras Road South 63° 05' 30" <br />East 40.00 feet to an angle point in the Corporate Limits <br />of Redwood City as established by Ordinance No. 1052 of <br />the City of Redwood City, dated April 16, 1962; THENCE <br />along said Corporate Limits (Ord. No. 1052) South 80° <br />12' 20" East 441.30 feet to a point in the aforementioned <br />northwesterly line of said Subdivision (IO Maps 25); <br />THENCE along said northwesterly line North 45° 02' 32" <br />East (called North 45° 05' East on said Subdivision) <br />257.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-4- <br />
