hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and said bidder <br />are hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for the <br />replacement and /or repair of pumps to the City. <br />2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Pump Repair <br />Service Company is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br />3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of Pump Repair Service <br />Company are hereby rejected. <br />4.
